Meeting 1: Almost had a head-on cart collision w/HB7 in aisle 3. Passed without incident.

Meeting 2: During second near collision in aisle 6, I said, "You again!" She smiled and I kept walking.

Meeting 3: I end up behind her in line at checkout. One line is dispersing into all check out lines.

I start it up: "Is this the only line?"

HB7: "I think so."

HaN: "Hey can you do me a favor and watch my cart for a minute? I forgot something."

HB7: "Sure!"

I come back and we don't talk for a minute, then I decided to kick it up.

HaN: "Do you ever play the mystery cart game?"

HB7: "No. What's that?"

HaN: "Really? Never? It's where you look at someone's cart and try to figure out what kind of person they are and what their plans are for their food. Is someone going to a party? A healthy eater? Shopping for a family? Etc."

HB7: "Oh haha no I've never done that! Why, were you looking in my cart?"

HaN: "No... I was just thinking about what impression my cart gives off."

[Until now, she had her back mostly towards me, being ahead of me in line, but now she turns around to face me and my cart. She looks in it and sees a bunch of vegetables, whole grain bread and other healthy items (I've recently changed my diet and started going to the gym... down 15lbs in a month, but that's another story).]

HB7: "Well, there's a lot of greens... looks like you're trying to poop a lot... are you constipated haha?"

[I thought I was done for here, so I needed to recover.]

HaN: "Ha, no I'm fine. Just trying to stay health.... but great first conversation!"

HB7: "haha"

[How would you have handled that?]

Then she asks what her cart tells me. I was just fucking around with the game (made it up on the spot), so I had no clue. Luckily she comes back in, telling me she works for a marketing company that makes coupons, so she's just buying things based on the coupons she has, and that she never even had most of the stuff in her cart. She laughs. From there, we just start talking about her job, my job, what colleges we went to... I said I was a history and music major.

Long story short, we end up talking about a piano bar that she wants to take her brother to this week. As she's finishing packing her bags and paying, I say:

"Hey, what's your name btw?" She tells me. I hand her my phone.

"Call me - I want to check out that piano bar also." She puts her number in. I dial it but don't see if she got the call (may be a fake, don't know yet...). She laughs as she walks away. Not sure if it was a "I can't believe this guy" laugh or a "this is crazy, but good" laugh.

I paid for my groceries, and people in line and the cashier are chuckling at my endeavors. I ask the cashier, "How'd I do haha?" She gives me a thumbs up.

Regardless of what happens, I'm happy about killing the AA, having a great back and forth dialog, and going for the #.

From here, what should I do? Text her now or later tonight (this happened about an hour ago)? Call her tomorrow or this week? What do you think?

TL;DR: # closed girl at the grocery store... how to proceed?

EDIT: The # was real. Texted her last night with with Topdev's suggestion. She responded saying she saved $20 with her coupons. I came back with "nice. good to know someone in the industry if I ever need 30 cents off toothpaste :)"

She doesn't respond, but I follow up (I know... mistake) with "so you put the piano bar in my mind and I'm probably gonna make it the start of my friday night this week. the one on XXst looks cool...you should come"

Then she responds with some more shit about coupons, and doesn't acknowledge my "invite". Advice?
