So it's kind of like high school. We can all talk in between calls and we do a lot of fun things as a team in order to keep moral up, so there's a lot of socializing and there's quite a few attractive girls my age. I've gotten a number from every one of the girls I've (I guess you could say) focused on so far.

So, there's a girl, we'll call her Eve. I caught her looking at me a few times over the course of a couple of weeks before I found an opportunity to interject myself into her life. She sat in the cubicle next to my bosses one day. Knowingly, I go to my bosses cubicle and start talking about something work related. I hear the girl getting frustrated. I peak over the top of my bosses cubicle and jokingly tell her to stop freaking out. She laughs, then starts telling me why she's mad. I start to calm her down, and my boss snaps at me and grabs my attention again, so I interrupt Eve abruptly and go back to my boss. After my boss and I are done talking, I go around to Eve's cubicle and talk to her about what happened for a couple of minutes. Then, I go back to my desk to work.

A couple of days later, Eve is sitting in the same seat as before. I say hi and continue about my day. Near the middle to end of the day, I go to her desk. She's on a call, so I write on her dry erase board (we're paperless), "We should hang out some time. We can," and then I drew a smoking joint. She starts giggling and puts the customer on hold. She tells me definitely, I write my number down and touch her shoulder (or some thing, I know I made contact some how). I go back to my desk. 15 minutes later come back, ask for her's, tell her I'll reject the number if I don't know it. She gives it to me, but as such, "I'll give it to you, but I share a phone with my boyfriend some times so." I crack a joke, she chuckles. At this point, I haven't really instinctively picked up many cues from her like I normally do. I made a sex joke and she died laughing. I'd like to find a way to get her to admit I'm attractive, or find a way to establish a strong sense of comfort via touch. I've thought about ways to do both so far.

I ran into her again today. Tell her I've been looking for her, she says, "Really?" I laugh and tell her yes, and we start walking out into the hallway from the call floor. I tell her that the whole boyfriend sharing phone thing threw me off. Memories fuzzy here. I think she asked me why it mattered, and I pointed out how weird it would be if her boyfriend answered when I called one day. She laughs. Some thing else happened, but I can't remember what. We walk past the refrigerators (for lunches) and she opens it, grabs her lunch. We walk about 5 feet into the hallway and while we do, she asks me what I meant by smoke. I jokingly tell her crystal meth. She starts backing to the fridges. She laughs and says, "Ok, good." She gets to the fridge, opens it back up, says, "I don't even know why I grabbed this," and laughs, puts it back, closes door. I laugh and call her a weirdo. I turn around and am slowly walking backwards, I tell her I'm free tonight. She's doing the same thing (walking backwards). She says she doesn't get off until 10. I tell her I'm off tomorrow so it'd be ok, but it doesn't really matter anyway. I laugh at her and start walking away while she starts to parse her lips to speak, kind of stutters, I say bye, she says cya, we part ways.

JESUS CHRIST THAT TOOK FOREVER I'M SO SORRY.

edit: To clarify, I'm not really sure what she's thinking. I haven't done enough to determine what she wants out of this. At this point I think she finds me really funny and is interested in hanging out with me. Maybe even a little curious about more, but that's me being hopeful. :P I'm planning on stepping up the flirting after ignoring her for a few days. That will give me a better idea of how to approach this.
