Hey everyone, I have an update for you guys that some might (hopefully) find useful, especially if you are using OKC. About me: I am a 24M who has used OK Cupid for the last few months, and nothing tangible has materialized. My 3 photos were of me surfing, me firing a machine gun, and a portrait picture. My about me section wasn't attracting women at all, and I couldnt figure out why. I was funny, confident, charming, and expressive of what i like and was looking for. After two months of zero attractive girls responding to messages, let alone taking the initiative, I gave up. Stopped checking it, reaching out, etc. Then two days ago, I went through my profile and took out a bunch of stuff. I took out my favorite places to hike, the ways I am involved in my community, and why i prefer country music over hip hop. I deleted the section about what I am looking for, and the section about what i spend my time thinking about. Basically, I just streamlined my profile. No joke, in the next 36 hours, 4 really pretty girls took the initiative to message me. I have gotten numbers from all of them, and have dates planned next week with all 4. My mind is blown. I hope if anyone else is stuck in an OKC or other online dating rut this might help!

TL;DR: trim down your about me sections; sometime less is more, and the results have been great for me.
