Hooked up with this girl before but didn't f-close.

She came to the same party as me. I hadn't seen her in a while. We've never talked about the hookup (which was more than 8 months ago).
At the party, there's kino back and forth, some dancing, grinding. She keeps finding a reason to talk to me and gets my attention by leaning into my side.
It's getting late. She and her friend are talking about maybe staying at my place or waiting for a first train. We're sitting down next to each other. She's getting tired, still debatingwith herself, then she decides she's done for the night and says she's going to ask her friend if it's alright she leaves without her. Her friend has no objection. We catch a cab to my place. Soon after we're in my apartment, I just stand in front of her and put my hands on her hips. She gets quiet, I kiss her and it's on.

All pretty simple, probably because we did hook-up before. Still some things for me to note here:

I didn't have to "flirt". There was nothing very romantic before the kiss except for some hand-holding on the way to the cab. However, kino through the night made everything easy to escalate once it was time to go. Just getting her to my place was fine as long as kino was there.

Never verbally acknowledging our previous hookup wasn't a problem.
