I was performing at a coffeehouse at one of the residences at my university. The performance went well, but the audience seemed largely disinterested. I thought to myself, "Screw 'em, we (my pianist friend and I) kicked ass."

I had to leave immediately after playing to go to a rehearsal. I pack up my guitar and make for the door when an HB8 grabs my arm, introduces herself, takes my hand, and says we played great, and we should hang out. I reach for my pocket, she says yeah, she'll give me her number and I should text her sometime. She puts her number in, I smile, say it was fantastic meeting her, she agrees and puts her hand on my arm again, we make eye contact for a few seconds, and then I leave.

I said nothing more than it was fantastic meeting her and pulled out my phone, she did all of the other work. Huzzah for Social Proof!

In retrospect, I probably should have returned her body language (been more touchy myself), but I'm not used to having girls approach me so boldly, so it threw me off my game.

Cheers!
