So again it was Friday night and I couldn't find anyone to go out with. I had tried chatting up one girl outside a Mall but she didn't seem very interested/interesting so that just went down the drain. My confidence was shaky but at around 12:30 I just decided to go to a club..alone.

But here are a few random tips for you guys who are struggling. I need to practice them more aswell but these things definitely helped me: * Dress your best and put on some cologne and shave. Otherwise it will be instant rejection trust me. * Don't masturbate to porn. I did this night without masturbating for 5 days straight. Always talk slowly by taking your time and space. If possible go in for a girl as soon as you notice her. Enjoy yourself. * If you guys have crippling anxiety like me, start one step at a time. Maybe start by asking girls for time and stuff. *Get some eRejection. Sign up on POF and OKCupid and say whatever the fuck you want to girls. Try different strategies to see what catches their eye. Try being, goofy, serious, intellectual, sexual, alpha, beta or whatever you want. I don't expect much out of it but over time I think the responses I get are getting better and it is helping me understanding the female psyche a bit better.
