Facts:

Asked out a girl from tinder for coffee after some back and forth banter.

Texted her when I came, she replied she's just finished her class and is going to be late.

"How late are you gonna be?"

"Don't know where this coffee place is, depends on whether I find it."

Wanted to leave at that point, but texted her once more:

"It's 5 min from X tram stop, will you get here in 15 min?"

She said yes and that she was running, so I agreed to wait.

We ended up talking for about 3 hours.

Pros:

  • She was better IRL than on tinder
  • Lots of eye contact
  • Relationship-related jokes
  • A few deeper topics discussed
  • She was talking a lot

Cons:

  • No touching (only a hug in the beginning)
  • A few awkward silences
  • She refused to go to a place nearby for another drink
  • Some boring get-to-know you stuff as well

I walked with her to a tram stop, some more casual talking.

She was speaking when the tram arrived.

I hugged her and kissed her on the cheek (something I never do).

She tried kissing me back and I went for a quick kiss on the lips.

She giggled as she didn't expect it and jumped into the tram.

Half an hour later she texted "thanks a lot for the coffee and the evening".

I texted "thank you too, you were interesting" and sent her my facebook.

A day later she sent me a friend request.

P.S.

Overall I think it went pretty well.

What could have I done better?

How to best approach it from here?

I'll be grateful for thoughts and suggestions.
