I got back from Miami about a week ago or so, and I finally have the energy to write a FR about the last night. It was without a doubt my most glorious night, of all the nights I've ever gone out. Something happened to me, I reached 100% un-stiffleness for the first time in my life. If you remember from my previous posts where I was experimenting with sexual escalation and being really outcome dependent and stuff, I think you'll agree I came a long way.

So, for half of the trip in Miami, I was definately flipping out, freaking out, and having crazy anxiety from seeing all the 10's walking on the street... Yes, you read that right. Literally everywhere you turn, there's like 3 or 4 girls that I would give a 10 to. My coach was trying to get me to just chill out, but all I kept thinking about was either how to approach, using something from Magic Bullets, or basically trying to figure out all the answers. Finally after enough freaking out, he grabbed me and said, "All I want you to do, is chill out." It took me about 2 days to get to unstiffleness.

Then there was also some chick from the seduction community, that misunderstood me and my motives entirely and decided to flame me, which only got my self esteem even lower. I tried not to let all of the shit get to me. The first thing I did, was just stop thinking about pick up, as much as I wanted to approach women, I realized I need to chill first. There was too much in my mind at once.

So I just walked around South Beach, just trying to calm down. That night, the city was packed. We didn't have any plans, and just decided to party in the street. After I finally relaxed, I started warming up by throwing myself out there and just doing w/e...

The way I warm up is, I put on a fake english accent, and then I really overdo it with really expressive body movements. It got people smiling, and eventually even got me an insta-date with this really cute black chick, whom I started having dinner with about 15 minutes after opening her up. It didn't really go anywhere passed a small kiss on the cheek and a little funny picture we took together. I don't want to get into it, because it's not the highlight of the story. I kept making approaches like this, until I got more and more comfortable doing it. I approached these 2 10's sitting down, with the same accent routine. They loved it. One of them started blatantly checking me out and gave me the eyebrows thing (this blew my mind, and totally phased me.) I couldn't believe this absolutely gorgeous girl liked me. I realized then that, this shit is real, and it let me to finally start fully believing in it.

I kept making approaches and making random people laugh and stuff. It felt really good.

Finally the night was coming to an end, people were on their way home. I was happy at this point, that I at least attracted a 10 and had a pretty fun night... 5 minutes later, the magic happened.

Me and my coach are walking down the street, when I see a group of 7 people were walking opposite of us. The group was composed of 6 girls and 1 guy. All of the women were like supermodels. Something started happening inside me, and I just decided, "I'm gonna have a lot of fun right now."

I walk to the center of the group. I pass one of the girls on my right and say, "Ello love!" I quickly turned to my other side and saw another girl and said, "ello ello! Nice shirt, I love the color!" Both chicks slowed down and said, "Hello" back. However, I did not stop. Keep in mind, this opener all happened in a matter of 3-5 seconds. I kept walking into the group. The male was in the middle, and some how I just knew that I had to open him, to open up the group. I go directly up to him, put my hand on his chest as if to check out the fabric and texture of his shirt and I said in my accent, "Woaaaw. What is this? I love it. This is what I call, a fabulous shirt!" They all stopped, 1 girl got her camera out and was trying to get a picture already. The other girls started talking to one another in an exciting way as if they were thinking, "omg we found a really exciting guy!" Another girl started posing in front of me for the picture and let out a scream. I followed that and screamed louder, "Fuck yeah, motherfucker!". After that, the entire group followed me and started wooing and screaming. They all posed in the picture with me and the other guy, in the middle with all the women surrounding us.

I realized I had just successfully opened up a huge group of people, all of which are beautiful and fun. We exchanged numbers. I realized after that I could've stayed with them and kept the party going, but it was the first time I did that, and we were on our way home anyways.

Suddenly, as we're walking away, I feel something incredible in my stomach, or in my chest. It was this feeling of 100% freedom. I had the realization, that I can talk to whoever I want! I can have as much fun as I want, whenever I want! I can act as funny, as stupid, as silly, as self amusing, as I want, WHENEVER I WANT!

I really started to examine the moment as I felt this total centeredness, this complete feeling of happiness without any weight on my shoulder. It was a rush! It wasn't flaming state, but more like the hot coal state. I just felt like I finally let go of all the bullshit in my life, and I can finally have fun.

Later on in the trip, I actually had the opportunity to have sex no strings with this cute milf I met at a pool party, but I simply decided not to. I realized, sex is awesome, but it's not the be all end all to happiness.

I kept thinking about that AMAZING feeling I had that night. I've never been in that much state, in my entire life. I've had some epic nights where I took over bars, made friends with everyone at a club... but this was the most rewarding.

Upon further analysis of my night, I learned a few things that I think are at least for me the most important lessons from my trip. Even though half of it was sad and anxiety ridden, it was worth every penny, every ounce of torture until I blew up.

  1. Happiness is NOW.

But, you can't just say, "Happiness is now." You have to understand what NOW means. It means NOW! To live in the now, you have to stop thinking of the past and stop projecting into the future. In the NOW, there aren't any problems. There are no dangers. To have a true understanding of what that means, it's good to just take some time for yourself, forget about the "petty little me that doesn't get laid... enough", forget about where the night "could" go, forget about the pressure of anything, even the pressure of pick up, and instead just going up and HAVE FUN. If you can't approach someone and have fun, then you need to start having fun before you approach. For everyone it's different. For my, I noticed that my natural, fun personality is for some reason to put on an English Accent, and act like I'm mildly tipsy and full of life and love! Usually people ask me, "is that your real accent/voice?" at which point I break the act and say in my normal voice, "No, I just like to put it on to make people laugh", to which they laugh also. And these aren't things I plan. I don't plan to do the accent, it just kinda comes out when I'm being silly. It's how I play...

  1. No Resistance.

By consciously being aware that *No one knows you. *You know who you are, and that's all that matters. *Nothing bad could happen to you. You just approach. That's why the 3-second rule works. When you see a pretty girl you want to approach, the longer you're standing there, the longer you're thinking... YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO THINK! You're just supposed to be taking action! The 3 second rule works, because it doesn't give you time to think of an excuse out. It doesn't let you look away. It forces you to move!

  1. Chill Out

I can understand what it's like to be on a severe drought. I used to go on these 2 year dry spells, and that went on for 10 years... So that means I would literally sleep with 1 girl, only 1 time, every 2 years. It drove me fucking insane, and terribly thirsty, and I couldn't understand the idea behind calming down and chilling out, until my buddy grabbed and told me to just chill. Stop all the what if's! Even after you study all the pick up material, you NEVER will know the answers! You will NEVER know how a situation will fully develop. An opener can go in a billion ways! Hey, for all you know, the moment you approach her, a big meteor kills everyone at the venue... or even on Earth... We are always living in the unknown, accept that, and take the best action. You see a cute girl? Great! You don't know anything about her, so you can't assume anything negative or positive. Approach with your best self, and have fun, shoot the shit, see if you like her when she speaks... Does she amuse you? Do you find her interesting? Is she sexy?

  1. I Love People

When I get rejected by a girl or many girls, I tend to get very frustrated, and this can often take a turn for the worst into a crazy spiral of maniac depression as I did on the trip. Before I started to chill, I assumed that everyone that looked at me was thinking, "fuck you! I'm not talking to you! you're a creep!" And the more I thought this, the more pissed off I was becoming, it was insanity. I ended up passing by every cute girl, saying my head, "Of course you don't like me! That's fine! Fuck you too! And fuck you! And fuck you! And fuck you!..."

It wasn't getting any better. Finally my coach caught up to me, and I told him what I was doing. He pretty much told me I'm acting like a dumbass, and I agreed. I started taking a new approach. This time, I tried to see the best in people, despite that I assumed they wouldn't like me. I put on a fake smile, hoping it would turn into a real one. My fake smile, actually worked, and opened up some groups of girls! And that's when my fake smile started to turn into a real smile, and I started to let go of that hater inside me. What did I learn? Stop hating people! Start LOVING people! People are awesome! Most people aren't assholes, and if you just have fun, they will want to have fun with you. It's not the people who hate you, it's you who hates you. Stop hating yourself, stop being so hard on yourself, start loving people and enjoying those around you. GO WITH THE FLOW, BE LIKE WATER. When you go out with the feeling of, "I love people", people will be drawn to you, and you yourself will start feeling a love for yourself as well.

It was on this trip, that I finally cured myself of body dismorphic disorder. I actually learned to love myself and finally see my true value.
