Don't shit where you eat. If one of the girls are crazy or vengeful, you'd pretty much be screwed.

What is the job? If you're an astronaut I'd be careful.

Best advice: don't start anything at work... It will hinder your work progress also, if something goes on between you and she is in tight with the manager or your boss, you will be in big trouble. Unless you are willing to do an FWB or something similar.
If you really want to approach this though, just do it like every other PUA attempt. Make sure you give her ample time to work though and don't distract her completely. Maybe during breaks or "water fountain retreats" you go and chat it up a bit. Open with something like "Man, that report my boss has me doing... You should see it" and then go off of that.
Anyway, I still think you shouldn't go for it unless you know you can handle any consequences.

I would also like to get some info on this as I've had a hard time with girls at work. It's a bad setting i think as work is sucky but there has to be some good tips on getting around that.

It's only awkward if you make it weird. Ask a girl to join you for drinks or dinner after work. If she says no, you respond "Okay, that's cool," and talk about something else. Getting weird after the rejections is a self-perpetuating thing. As long as you treat it like it's not a big deal, it won't be.

I agree, but it's also more of an awkward setting to initiate/display interest IMO.

Just start with some light kino, heavy eye contact, and then once you're on a date or hanging out with friends escalate.

I also agree, and that's why I don't date at work. I feel that I have to be buttoned up, and that doesn't lead to the best game. It subconsciously cramps my style.
