Hmm, you could do the "kill, marry, fuck" routine with a girl, point to a few unattractive people playfully, and then point to your twin. If she says kill, say "Wow I can't believe you want to kill my brother (call him over)", if she says marry say "Oh you can't marry him, he's my brother, I'd have to put up with you every thanksgiving (call him over), and if she says fuck say (assuming she hasn't realised he's your twin) "Oh really, what do you like about him, be honest - she lists off some things, every time she says something new, smile more and more and when she asks why you're smiling say 'oh it's just that he's actually my identical twin, but it's good to know you think that way about him' ".

Also when I say call him over, I'd do this because the girl won't really know what you're talking about, will be surprised or won't know if you're teasing with her (again) and this will distract her onto a new topic. I say tell her he's your brother initially as when she cops on you're twins, you can smile at your brother and use the line "she's a quick one" sarcastically (or something less mean).

When you call him over you could use the lines "Stay away from this girl <name>, she just said she wants to kill you" or "<name>, I don't know what you're doing tonight, but this girl just came over to me and said she wants to marry you".

I used to game with a guy who looked very similar to me (girls always asked if we were brothers). His game was tight (better than mine at the time), so it was awesome, but we always felt the similar appearance thing was working against us.
