If she says she is busy tell her - that is totally fine - this will show her that you are not needy and dont need her at all. if they flake on plans and dont respect your time, dont do anything because they dont deserve your time anyway.

2-3 flakes (actually 2 is probably good) without offering an alternative date plan is reason for ghosting her.

If you are LITERALLY giving her a specific time and place when you suggest meeting up, and have done so a couple times, and she has not lifted a finger to help set up a meet......

....then that's all you can do.

I just don't know what to do in that situation.

Not sure what the confusion is. "Seduction" isn't magic. It doesn't change a girl into someone who isn't a flake.

I had a girl recently do this.

Flaked on me 24 hours before the first plan. Your only response to the first flake should be "that's totally fine". Give her the benefit of the doubt and show her you're not needy.

Second time again she tried flaking 24 hours in advance. I simply told her that it was her last chance. It changed her mind and we ended up having a good night.

Personally I go with the 3 strike rule. 3 flakes and you're out (assuming I like her enough to give her 3 chances).
