Game is one of the most important tools/skill set that you should acquire. You've said so yourself, you've acquired the confidence that you lacked before seduction and for that dedication ,work and time you put in you have been rewarded, correct? If not for game you would be just another AFC, right? I wouldn't take your friends girlfriend's advice with a grain of salt. She being a woman doesn't really have to work hard in order to attract a typical mate (higher value males being the exception).

Don't be so quick to dismiss what she says, but at the same time understand she will never understand and relate to your perspective just like you won't hers.

At the end of the day is it working for you? Be honest with yourself. This stuff is just a tool and a path. Don't identify with it.

1) How's your life? This is the only way to answer whether or not you're a chump. Chances are, if you weren't a chump to begin with, you wouldn't have come looking for seddit. If you're still a chump after putting into practice everything on the side-bar, then yeah - it's not working for you.

2) Over-analyzing is what being a beginner is all about. The more you put it into practice, the more you internalize it, and the more instinctive it becomes. But even then, as long as you're gaining useful, actionable insight, you're not over-analyzing.

3) Women instinctively read your mental state and intentions without even realizing it. They are very socially and emotionally intuitive by nature. Cerebral analysis would generally be a step backwards for most of them. So to them, attraction and relationships happen as if by magic. They're generally disturbed by people peeking behind the curtain to figure out how the magic works, and they see it as disingenuous. As the saying goes: "Never go meta" - that is, don't talk to women about the thinking behind your game.
