Hallo All; 3 months out of a 4 year relationship that was largely long distance. And to make matters worse, I never really 'dated' before that, it was generally falling into relationships with friends.

I've had a couple of dates but nothing going anywhere. I'm feeling very 'out of practise', and with the wealth of experience posted here, I'm wondering; what is your top practical piece of advice?

(i.e. not 'be yourself', or 'be confident' etc)
