My rule of thumb is to not get my honey where I make my money. If you see yourself wanting to go far within the company, it can hurt you. Otherwise, if you intend to leave at some point, just don’t make it weird. Make conversation, express your interest and see if she would like to go out on a date sometime. If she says no or isn’t interested, accept it with grace. Don’t overthink it.

There is a middle ground between asking her out and just ignoring her. Talk to her and see how it goes, but just ignoring her because you’re not sure it’ll work is crazy.

Do you communicate while you work from home?

I'm worried if I ask her out not only will she say no but I'll also be labeled as a creep and hr would get involved? - I had 2 girlfriends in a financial institution where I work.

If I do should I just keep having boring ass conversations with her? Currently, I'm flirting with the third girl at my work, a shy girl. I pierced her eyes while having boring ass conversation about financial statements, that was a boring conversation, but interesting interaction. DO NOT TELL HER THAT YOU LIKE HER, BUT SHOW HER NON-VERBALLY. Let her guess what's going on, what I am feeling about this guy.

At where I work, a girl there broke the touch barrier with me, but I don't take advantage to go further than anything platonic because the minute you both have a falling out, you can easily be toast. HR will side with her even if she fabricates a story and then you need to go find a new job.

Unless your job sucks and you can get a better one, no reason to take the risk.
