What do you do in a situation where the girl disqualifies herself?

I sent a screenshot of this girls picture to her and she said "listen. Im not even that cute".

Should i compliment her or ignore and go on about something else? She never calls herself pretty or cute. She disqualifies herself rather a lot.

Me : only cool kids wear timberlands Her : well i guess im not a cool kid then. Lol
