So she is making hints about confessing my feelings to her. She started teasing me and made a remark to me about her being like this with her bf. She also mentioned that i should be writing a coworker that recently left and telling her i miss her and have feelings for her.

My problem is this: how do i show her interest without being straightforward and saying"hey, i'd love to date you" ?

I am aware that she is maybe just waiting for me to do this only to be able to tell me "i have a bf, sry" but on thr other hand i am also unsure wheater or not all the teasing and remarks are ways of showing her interest to me and are hints of her being into me.

She also compares me to her bf alot and when there are other people around she speaks of him in high regards and everytime she likes something about me she is using /putting her boyfriend in context as it seems to me to cover up her intentions.

Is this next lvl slut defense? I don't know what to do. Confused as hell, don't know if i should just have a real grown up convo about this with her or what and make my intentions clear straightforward or leave it be.

I don't want to have regrets of not telling her but i also dont want to seem like a bigger idiot than needed.
