Just find out whose approval she seeks the most and humiliate her infront of them. Whenever,she teases you you start teasing her. If you are not good with words. Then just say things like 'We aren't in kindergarten you can tell me if you like me' or ' you are just doing this to get my attention' and make sure people hear you. Either she will stop talking to you or will develop feelings for you. Either way you are good.

Women who don't like you, simply ignore you. You cease to exist in their world. Women who like you want your attention. Rather by standing in your vicinity waiting for you to talk to them or initiating some sort of conversation with you themselves. When they give you shit, it looks to everybody else that they just wanna mess with you, but mostly they are interested in you and want to see how you react.
