I work at a concert venue and often at times i would get some hotties just randomly open me with random shit sometimes. Usually if they are asking for directions i would play the nice guy and lead them where they want to go but other times its obvious that the girl is opening because she is attracted.

For example, the other day a girl is staring at me and smiling and after we lock eyes, she opens with "what are they saying outside?" (There was a bunch of street vendors selling shirts)

I always catch on after the girl walks away and wonder how could i have escalated the conversation into gaming the girl.

Any suggestions on how i can lead the conversation after being opened indirectly by a girl?
