I'm not sure if this is already a thing, but I haven't seen it and it has worked wonders for me.

So maybe you've been doing ok attracting girls. You've got a few numbers and maybe a few f-closes. But then you get that one girl and think "she's special...this one is different" and then what do you do? You put her on a pedestal and start acting weak, indecisive, and needy. It destroys your confidence. You are headed for disaster, if you haven't already.

Here is what I want you to do.

Go to her facebook page. Go to her pictures. Find the worst, most unflattering photo you can possibly find of her. It probably won't be in her profile pictures, so you may have to do some digging. Maybe she's making a weird face in one, maybe she looks kind of chubby in another (even if she really isn't), maybe she wasn't hot a few years ago and still has some older pictures of her less attractive days, maybe someone caught her in an awkward pose. Most girls have at least a few bad photos on their facebooks somewhere. Find just one.

Now save that picture. Put it in your phone if you have to, save it on your computer. Every time you start fantasizing about how perfect this girl is, look at that picture. Drill it into your brain.

Look at it and say to yourself "This girl is not special. She is a human being with many flaws and insecurities. She takes bad pictures, has embarrassing moments, says stupid things, and like every human being on this earth -- takes big disgusting dumps."

Next time you see her, let that picture pop into your head. Think of it as you talk to her. Feel the anxiety melt away and your confidence come back to you. You don't have to treat her any differently, she's just a girl.

Use this with a girl any time you feel your mind fading into a place of weakness or fantasy.
