Sorry brutha, but a chick's timeline is not the same as yours as a male. We start off slower, but we get a MUCH longer go at it. I've noticed dudes, (if they ever DO) hit that "swagger" around 28. A chick's is 18-26.

Funny title thought I'd chime in. I recently went through a health crisis where I thought I would be dead at this point. I've always been comfortable around girls but never got much accomplished. I would never get looks from chick's despite my alright track record. I felt invisible and anticipated death as a welcome change (only negatives happening in this life). Well I took my health into my own hands and found the root cause of my issues. I got my amalgam fillings in my teeth removed and slowly the fog that encased me slowly opened up. I became raw Vegan and little by little I had less headaches compared to the continously ongoing basis that they afflicted me. The weirdest things started happening. People started noticing me without the need for me to ALWAYS engage first. Girls would talk to me more. I would be able to flirt with most girls and not get rejected right away. People started talking about how great i am and how I am bound to do great things. I'm not trying to toot my own horn, but these are a few things that happened for no reason other than I suddenly found a reason to live. I chose to pursue my health and everything else followed. My passion spilled over into living the best life possible.

Sometimes you have to experience the worst to feel the greatest. Being closed off from other things does not put you at a disadvantage. You have only one moment and that is now. Choose to do things you love and naturally other loves will fall into place. I just read an article how our bodies have natural energy fields and the attitude you have has a direct correlation with other fields around you. I can't agree more, I have done nothing different but it's like there's a new energy around all the people I see because I CHANGED !

You are at day 1 and starting now you can choose to act or delay. Act every day and slowly the progression will be made. My biggest concentration is focusing on myself and what I want to do. Women come 2nd. I find that when you have goals and dreams, pursuing them is the greatest reward. Women naturally are attracted to someone who wants to do something, so dream big, chase your dreams and don't sweat finding women as you will find them along the way.

Honestly changing my diet is the biggest change as of late. I could chat to you a little if you want to hear what I'm doing. Best luck and know that everyone hits rock bottom at some point. It's those that find motivation down there that come up thirsty for greatness.

what is it that bothers you more - your age, or the amount of time you've been out of the game? If it's your age, go check out RSD's Jeffy on youtube - he is 40 years old and killing it with chicks half his age. (legal) teens even. Age means nothing is you're cool. If it's the time you've been out of the game, well that's on you, make a start, be patient and enjoy the journey.

Yeah, Thought I'd never have a sex life or ever get any kind of relationship with women after I went several years with only two sex occurences which were just random. Had no attention from women at all and didn't know how to behave with them.

Was in the deepest darkest pit, feeling inadequate and suicidal. Now about a year and a half after I initiated a change in me, I've had sex with a lot of girls, have had more makeouts than I can count and have a plethora of female friends and female attention and approval. All it took was learning how to love myself and see myself as a love worthy person. No one was ever gonna love me before as I was in a place where I didn't deserve any love. I was ugly, anxious and sketchy. Was a funny guy but it was all facade and hiding.

Now I'm not an adonis but I'm decent looking, and I'm a healthy, at ease in his own skin man who has kept the sense of humor and is a genuine guy. That's all it took. I believe I am a good person with great personality and empathy and it has served me well. I got into girls pants by connecting with them. I don't make panties drop. I make hearts melt. To each his own strenghts. Find yours.

Also travelling has accelerated my growth a lot. I've been living as a backpacker for 4,5 months now and you meet so many girls all the time it makes things a lot easier.

As others have said men peak a bit later and their sexual-market-worth lasts very longer than girls, which is why girls usually date older guys, because very few guys have figured out themselves and girls at a young age to be able to date a lot. The older you get the more experience you have, more success, more character and thus more confidence and whatnot. Guys peak on average at around 22/3-28/9 and it lasts for a solid 10 year run and everything else is extra, girls fade very quickly after 28 even if they are hot, because their biological and societial clock starts ticking and everyone is usually thinking why isn't she married at 28, it's a lot tougher for them but it is what it is, don't worry about it, start working on yourself, love yourself, get experience with women in anyway you can and you'll see yourself make a big transformation.
