The recommended approach basically changes every month or so. It's actually quite interesting to see it in practice as the consensus constantly switches back and forth

the actual reason for the apparent lack of consensus and people always looking for the next thing and arguments etc, is simply because 'game' can't do what people want it to do (give you the ability to 'seduce' all the cute girls you wanna bang. That's just marketing from coaches). The whole community in actuality could be reduced down to: get as attractive as possible (gym, fashion, body language etc) and then hit on girls. If they like you back, escalate''.

I've been doing this off and on for over twenty years. Even before Reddit, it was always the same fuck boy shit no matter what forum you were on. Fake seduction gurus giving generic mediocre advice, people who swear they were shot down because, "Approximately 45.6 minutes into the date I winked at her when I know I should have waited at least 50 minutes to do it!", and people asking questions where the answer is always, "Talk to the woman".

It's always like this.

There’s gonna be people in every sub that don’t search the history, read the material or want to put in the work.

Everybody wants the easy way. Unfortunately, one of the only ways to figure shit out is to look for the cheat code, get pissed off when you can’t find it, make excuses and quit. Finally, after all this mental masturbation, guys may come back and do the work.

You are probably seeing young guys come in at one of the stages I described above.
