I was in a relationship for like 2 years and i feel like ive lost my skills talking to women,be it in real life or snap/insta.

I need to know what are the things i should do and what are the things i should avoid. im a charismatic speaker in real life but not so much in text. any advice will be appreciated. HELP A BROTHER OUT!
