Seems to me like she is just using you for some extra attention. Be her friend and when she acts flirty, directly ask her what she wants. If continues with just being friend shtick, tell her that her the flirting is confusing and that unless she wants a relationship, she needs to stop. Cut her off at the knees. Meanwhile, actively pursue other girls, preferably in her presence. Flip through tinder while you are watching movies with her.. If she decides she wants more, she will step up herself. If she doesn't, you will already be ahead of the game. Think of it as a reverse friend zoning. My guess is that she will likely drop out of you life completely unless you continue to give her the attention she wants.

Seems like you're in the friend zone. But it's not impossible to get out of if you are.

First thing is that you cannot let her dictate whether you escalate or not. She has put so much fear in you to act that you have become immobilized. That alone could be the only thing preventing you two from hooking up.

You spend too much time TALKING about escalating things with her instead of actually doing it. On your terms. Change her mood, not her mind.

We are all emotional creatures first. Logic second. You have to take her through a journey of emotions using push/pull and become the Rubiks Cube she wants to solve. If she has you figured out already it's no fun. You have to build the tension and bathe in it.
