I had this happen one time.

I was stuck in Naples alone without a hotel room, and my credit card was frozen. I stumbled into a bar where one of the regulars owned a BNB. The bartender explained my situation, and the BNB owner, who didn't speak any English, agreed to let me stay.

As I sat waiting for her to finish her meal and talk to her friends, she flirted with me. Winked at me, made kissy faces at me, etc. I reciprocated as well as I could.

Then we went to her car, I tried talking to her in Spanish to no avail (knew zero Italian), and I think that killed any potential attraction. I would have been better off trying to escalate physically at some point, like trying to hold her hand.

When we got to the BNB, she showed me around the room, then translated the terms of staying in the BNB into English on her phone. I did the same. Then, I grabbed her hand, gestured toward the bed... and she declined, and went back downstairs.

So that pretty much taught me the same rules apply with a language barrier. You need to be flirty and physically escalate at every step. Unfortunately I suck at that, and will probably get worse as I get older.

Don't bother with day game or anywhere where you need to talk. Go to clubs and look for the girls who are with their back towards the bar and scanning the crowd. They are usually in groups of two with another less good looking girlfriend. Look for exposed skin, accentuating their "assets", open body language, etc. These are the girls that are a couple of days from ovulation and their brain is telling them "MUST HARVEST SPERM".

With them be super direct, walk up confidently, out your arm against the wall and whisper in her year. Just say something like "you are so sexy" in her language and from there just keep whispering dirty things in your own language. Escalate, take home.
