Stop caring about whether or not the girl is interested in you. Or if you are going to get laid and just have fun. Trust me you will get more girls when you stop worrying about what is going to happen. Just pay attention to them and do your thing.

This is the bulk of it right here. Everybody with confidence issues is dealing with a fragile ego, usually the result of having a fictional self-image of "success" based on never having taken any "risk" that could end in failure.

Having a high success rate or low failure rate are only meaningful statistics when paired with a high attempt rate.

And it shows.

Attempting to convince yourself or anyone else that you're great with women or that you've never been rejected is easy to see through, because someone who actually IS good with women doesn't need to convince themselves or anyone else... it is evident in their actions.

And moreover, a person who is good at it WILL have rejections! You'll see them get shot down from time to time, and from your comfortable position as a spectator you'll make attempts to mock this guy's failure while he responds with some cliche you hate, like "it's a numbers game" or "you miss 100% of the shots you don't take."

The thing is, the person who's good with it has learned how to be unbothered by rejection. He's not coddling a fragile ego. Instead, he's out there learning through repeated attempts. Much like the basketball player shooting 500 free throws in practice every day or the baseball player who spends 1-2 hours a day in the batting practice cage, more attempts and more practice makes a person better.

Mark McGuire's career batting average is 0.263, and he's in the Hall of Fame. This guy only hit the ball one out of four times, and is one of the best to ever play the game! Can you imagine if he sat out, thinking "I'm afraid to go to the plate because I couldn't handle it if I struck out."

When you see someone you want to talk to, always remember this: you are already NOT sleeping with her. You lose nothing by striking out. Your life will be absolutely unchanged by that rejection if it happens. Yet you can never have a chance to be with her if you talk yourself out of trying.

You need to start embracing rejection. Not everyone is going to be into you. Accept it. Genuine confident guys don't fake their conversations. Or put any more effort than they normally would. They attract girls who are happy to pick them for who they are

If a girl seems interested and shortly later moves on. She was never really into you. The ones truly interested will stay. That's who you want. Don't see how rejection in your case would be a bad thing
