"Fuck it lets see what happens" logic helps. Whenever I'm invited to somewhere where I think I won't enjoy, I say this to myself. Don't be afraid to do something completely different. New situation means new people.

This is what I have been repeatedly telling people.

Your mom will tell you to be yourself; This is wrong. Why? Because being yourself will only get you what you've already got

Your friends will tell you to be someone else; This is wrong. Why? Because pretending to be something you're not is gonna come off inauthentic. People will see right through your shit

Fuck that noise.

Have you ever walked by a karaoke bar and thought "Dude, I could CRUSH that britney spears song"? That's the best you trying to pop out. Instead, most people would probably walk away, and that's being the old you. Getting the old results.

Did you really walk by a karaoke bar and blah blah? Maybe not. But I'm 100% positive somewhere, at sometime, you thought "Man, I wanna do ____" and instead of doing it, you walked away. That's the best you trying to come out of your shell

I been there. I get it. But you've gotta fight that shit. Your gut knows who you are. Next time you walk away from something that intrigued you for WHATEVER reason. Take a deep breath, and turn the fuck around.

If you hopped on stage and gave 110% at a britney spears song, you'd seem fucking confident to a woman. I guarantee at least 1 woman in that bar would want to talk to you.

Buy "Bars and Clubs" by David DeAngelo. This will teach you how to deal with women interpersonally in a bar room setting, as well as generalized skills with women that are applicable anywhere.

A PUA bootcamp may also be worth having.

Do street game (I don't mean just picking up girls, even though that can help too), put yourself out there, confront your anxiety... Try to engage in conversations with perfect strangers (men and women, old and young). You'll learn consciously and unconsciously how to have enjoyable conversations effortlessly and without anxiety. Have fun!

It doesn't matter who you're talking to just make good eye contact smile be playful dont be afraid to touch them and be respectful. Just be a good person to others

I used to be very introverted, biggest tip is ASK QUESTIONS, end your sentences in A QUESTION. This promotes dialogue and often encourages either side to tell stories and discuss different topics of interest
