Long time lurker, first time poster. So here's the story. Sorry in advance for the length.

I dated this girl through all of high school and the first half of college (6 or so years). We broke up (primarily because I was an immature dick), went our separate ways for a while, etc... I now live 3-4 hours away from her.

Last year she starts texting/calling out of the blue. She tells me that she is getting married and wants to see me before she does. We meet up when I head in to visit family. She tells me how she doesn't want to marry the guy. It was pretty obvious that she wanted me to talk her out of it and into marrying me but I didn't want to get into the middle of that after barely talking to her for several years. I told her (of course) not to marry the guy if she won't be happy. After our meetup, she marries him (literally 2 or 3 days afterward). I don't hear from her for another year.

Fast-forward a year: Out of the blue (again) she emails me. She's in the process of getting divorced. We casually email and text for a week or two. It just so happened that I was going to be in town again (visiting family). We both rearrange our schedules to meet again. We went to the movies and had a grand time. Afterward we stood in the parking lot and talked for a few hours. It was pretty obvious that the "spark" was still there. The night ended with a goodnight kiss that pretty much sealed it (for me at least). The kiss apparently sealed it for her too as she mentioned (after the kiss) that I still make her nervous/giddy.

I obviously still care about her a great deal and now that I'm back home (3-4 hours away) I don't want her to lose interest. At the same time I don't want to seem needy by texting or calling too often. Any advice on how I can keep the interest and build attraction via text/phone/email?

tl;dr - I live 3-4 hours away from an old flame. We're both obviously still interested in rekindling that flame but I don't know how to keep her interest and build attraction via text/phone without coming off as needy.

Thanks guys!
