I'm an honest but romantic way. Just speak your thoughts but filter them enough so they are not crude and off putting. Don't say "I'd like to bend you over the table and go to town on your ass", but do say "wow, look at you, you are gorgeous, what's your name". Etc

I feel like a good rule of thumb is tease and hint, but always keep them guessing at least at first.

It should be obvious, but not as in telling her „I‘m interested“. Tell her that you’re interested by being flirty, touching her on the arm or shoulder, maybe throw in some dirty jokes or insider jokes. She‘ll know and you need to closely watch her reaction.

This is of course easier with people you’ve just met as they are still undecided in which bucket they are going to throw you. And once you’re in a bucket it’s difficult to escape, so if you want to leave a „friend“ or „nice guy“ bucket for the „fuckable“ or „relationship bucket“ it will rarely succeed and I‘d generally advise against spending much energy on this. Better to meet new women.

Do things that would indicate to her you're interested. Asking if she's free to do this or that. or something like that. Never say "i'm interested."
