You need to ask a lot more questions before you get to that point. First off, the date needs to go really well. And it's probably not happening in the first or second date. The most important thing is kino. You need to be escalating THROUGHOUT the date, not at the end. You should have hugged/kissed her to say hello (depending on what date it is and if you've kissed her already). You should have been looking her in the eyes the entire time. You should have been playing games with her hands, teaching her a handshake, or just holding them. You should be touching her arm, and grazing legs with her. That's when you know you're ready for a kiss. If you can escalate that to making out, then you might be able to suggest going to your place. If you're already at your place, just keep escalating as long as she's cool with it.
