Uh yes here is the cure.
Ask her out.
If she says no, this Is great news because that's all the closure you need to forget about her and move on.
If she says yes, take it from there.
There should be no in between ground where you dont know if she wants you, or she doesnt want you and you still want her. That's toxic.
Avoid being a fan, avoid the friendzone, avoid being an orbiter.

I read a post and in the comments they are talking about it. And I probably suffer from it a littke bit. Are there any ways to actually not be obsessed over one girl?

You have to be taking care of yourself. People talk about "Abundance mindset," but this is what they mean.

You have to work on improving your own self esteem and ability to enjoy your own solitude, coupled with the ability to connect with people. If you can do these things then you have the ability to:

Go out and make new friends or connections or just have social interactions when you need. Everyone needs human contact.
The ability to walk away from something that's not good for you. Without this ability, knowing that you can find new friends and connections, etc., you will be more prone to desperation in your interpersonal dealings.

If you try to solve this by fucking a bunch if girls, you might be able to have some sex, but the same problems will be present and might even get worse if you're ignoring your own development.

If you are obsessed with a gril is because you don't have many other options and you think she is is the one so what I would do is to go out there and start meeting new grils.
