Never apologize and never verbalize negative emotions. Emotions are subjective, let her decide what she feels instead of suggesting she should feel negatively.

I would probably be like, "You've got something right there..." As if she sat in something and when she asks what it is, say "a sweet ass". Might work, might not - I'm sure some girls would call me a pig for saying that, other girls would laugh about it. I don't mind offending the ones who don't like it because I'm looking for the ones who do. I appreciate the others filtering themselves out for me.

Own it. I usually give a smile and say "just appreciating" if the girl seems receptive. The key is to make it lighthearted, as if you've done nothing wrong.

Just raise your eyebrows and change the subject if your shy or if your brave just shrug and say “my eyes wandered” but even further if you want to bs your way out of it comment on the fabric or the color or the tag or the pattern or whatever detail you can find and say that caught your eye and you got lost in thought

You should almost Never apologize for your actions, makes you look very weak. Now with that being said you can apologize in a way that doesn’t make you look weak but I don’t think you can pull off that type of tone at this point.

Best response when being caught looking at a girl in a sexual way is an honest one, smile, don’t be overtly thirsty. Believe it or not females like attention.

Me personally I look when I want to, but I rarely get caught unless I want too. Getting caught is a good way to let a girl know you’re interested in her. I think you have a bigger problem then getting caught staring at some ass, you should work on your over all. Comfortability talking to women. The more you take them off a pedestal the easy it is to talk to them and get numbers.
