How do I escalate physically when I always have cold clammy hands?

I would not care about cold or sweaty hands. Everyone has that sometimes. The worst that can happen is that she jokes about it, but you can't do anything about it anyway so it doesn't matter.

The 'trick' I mainly use with hand contact is holding there hand very lightly (I want to know if they keep handcontact or the desperately pull there hand back). Examples: in a nightclub I ask whats you name and give her a normal hand (with good eye contact), I then proceed by holding her hand so lightly she is still holding my hand or she moves it away (If she keeps holding your hand she is most likely interested). Similar on dates with drinks or something around a table. I take her hand and say/ask about her rings, nail polish, length of her fingers.

hold her hand very very lightly and just see if she keeps the hand contact..
