I've been in university for almost three months, and thanks to prior seduction resources (thanks r/seduction!) and conscious self-improvement measures, I finally feel genuinely attractive and popular.

The students' union hold club nights every Saturday, and I'll hang out and have fun with classmates, familiar people and unfamiliar people. I have not as much as kissed a girl in this city, despite having many girls show me interest. It should be noted that picking up girls is not a primary goal when I'm going out here, but what good is it to be surrounded by girls everywhere if it never leads anywhere? I need some help with my strategy.

  • I can't know if a conversation is merely social, or if it is appropriate to escalate. Particularly if it's a familiar girl. There's a bit of an "everybody knows everybody" atmosphere, and I have to be more cautious of the social consequences of blatantly hitting on a girl.

  • Isolating is genuinely difficult. The one time I said "come, let's go to the balcony", it took maybe 15 seconds before a classmate came and talked to us. There are less crowded areas, but it's almost a given that several people I know will notice us. Club-hopping isn't a thing.

As a result, I find myself acting apathetically and platonically when chatting with girls here, not escalating, and unconsciously thinking "if I simply am a cool guy, it will eventually magically lead to something". Shameful. I'll lift girls up, make them laugh, get some IOIs, and the next second I'll have teleported somewhere else for some odd reason. I'm probably the most oblivious and easily-distracted person in the world. The one time I had a semi-isolated one-on-one situation with a girl three weeks ago, I got her number and was invited to the after-party, but didn't come with, because I was distracted when I met my classmates.

Any pointers on how to fix this crippling game defect of mine?
