it seems like with at least the one example you provided all you did along the walk home was have a "fun conversation". She doesn't want to fuck a conversation. You know what works for my buddy? "I have The Lion King let's go watch it" I swear, it works for him every fucking time (pun intended) it works on every level, it gives her a perfectly reasonable excuse to tell her friends and you can easily escalate while sitting on a couch. I swear it is the greatest fucking move in the world. Most of the time he doesn't even have to play the fucking movie! Escalate/kino properly and plant the idea of her going to your apartment during the date and when the date is done, shuffle her back to your place.

Tell her that you make the best pasta in the world, can play the guitar well, have cool artwork or you have a funny ass youtube video to show her. Anything to give her an excuse to come up with you,really. And of course never say "let's go to my place and fuck". Though that could work with some girls. Most of the time it won't.

On another note, there are no magical words or schemes to get a full-proof f-close. She might be on her period, she might have something very important thing to do in the morning. If she denies your advances, it could possibly have shit to do with you. She's got a life too so don't feel like it's your fault, and this isn't aimed at you, just everyone in particular. But as said before and over and over again, there is nothing like touch (kino).

And then while making out, gradually escalate. The more turned on you get her before getting her back to your apartment the better. You can increase sexual tension by talking of sex, in detail. Or you can kiss her / nibble on her neck. Pull her in close, dance up against her where your bodies grind against each other. Let me illustrate with an example. My best friend (female) recently mentioned that her favorite lay had said "come, let's go for a walk"

Show intent? The good news is, if you can get to the point of making out, then you ALREADY know this. The problem is that there's no teeth to your escalation. You're being too nice about it. I used to have the same problem. If I'm honest with myself, sometimes it still comes up. :P

There is a problem with your example. You took what she said only at a superficial level. The WORDS were not important. All the other actions and little subcommunications that took place before and after he said that, were what was important. And it doesn't sound like she told you about those very important things. Let me give you an example to illustrate.

Ok, well, this is a very involved process for which you seem to have a lot of the key elements down (logistics, actually having the balls to ask, etc.) but usually the key missing ingredient is building an "extreme" level of attraction. This is what many men forget, they simply settle for some "baseline attraction" and then proceed. You need A LOT of attraction. This is the key.

Things that should happen during your "date":

Introduce sex as a topic in the conversation.
Let her know you are sexually open and non-judgemental.
Mention something that is cool in your place.
Mention that your place is close.
Escalate and strong eye contact.
End of the date tell her to come up and look at -whatever you said was cool earlier-.
Any resistance, tell her f that cmon it will be quick.
At your place continue escalation. Don't linger too long.

-Make sure you introduce the idea of sex or physical intimacy during the time you spend together. This can be dirty talk, flirting, making out, kino etc

-When the date is coming to a close try to make sure there is some still some sexual chemistry there e.g. making out, hand holding

-Ask her over to your place with an excuse, ideally something that builds on what you've talked about earlier. For instance maybe you mentioned you play guitar: "So I'm going home to play some guitar, want to come with?". In most cases the girl will know this will lead to sex.

She may say no, in which case don't push it. Just save it for another time.

There is no magic formula that works everytime, keep trying. You may also try dating and aim to lay on the second or third day. F-closing on the same evening is likely to lead to a one night stand. A regular sex partner will lead to more frequent practice and progress. Regarding your escalation: do you get to second and third base before the pull ?
