Saying it upfront will turn the girl off even if that is what she wants. After things escalate to the bedroom then you ca talk about it but make sure she brings it up.

3 - Be dominant (you take what you want, no matter what)

4 - Don't be even the slightest clingy.

Just these four steps will probably make her understand you are not in it for more than the sex.

Or, in extreme cases of girls falling for you, you just drop all contact and find someone else.

Wait for them to bring it up. Then be real with them. You're living in the moment - not looking for anything serious. They should be fine with this realism, either they will move on because they want more, or they will be fine with it and keep fucking you. Remember, always leave them better then you found them.
