First: "You're hot and i want to fuck you" is what you're SUPPOSED to convey. You should not feel any guilt, remorse, or embarrassment from your desires. You're a sexual being, and you have to see yourself as one for women to see you as one.

Second: I haven't done cold approaches at a mall per say, but like most approaches just go up to her and say whatever pops into your head. Don't even think or worry about if it's not the correct thing to say. You could say something completely stupid or illogical, but if you say it confidently and naturally it can be very attractive. The best way to deal with anxiety for me, is to just accept that i'm nervous, but that if i don't go through with it i'm a pussy stuck in a hole that i could easily dig myself out of, but don't have the balls to. It's a simple, yet difficult at first, mentality of "fuck it, dignity is overrated and there's nothing to lose by saying hello". You can mention anything, talk about something relevant to the current situation or setting. You can comment about her too. Something about her outfit, a tendency you may notice, a bumper sticker that says she studies in your same university. or likes the same band. Anything! If she saw an item in a store you were both in, comment something about that item. Just saying something helps. You'll be rejected a ton of times, but it's worth it considering that's how you get better.
