How do you casually keep in touch with several women on a long term basis?

So I meet a LOT of women these days who happen to have boyfriends, usually I number close then things fizzil out, because we both know it's not happening, irrelevant but here's my question...

When I get these numbers I want to keep in touch with them long term MAINLY so I can date them or hookup after they're done with their relationships...but I have no idea how to do this.

How do I keep women I've met in contact on a long enough basis until they're done with their relationships?

If you contact them too much you're friendzoned, if you go hang out and not do anything you're friendzoned, if you wait a long time and just contact them out of the blue it doesn't work out(from like one 40 min interaction no one is going to remember you.)

In addition to that, even if it doesn't work out I want to keep in touch with the girls I number close so they can perhaps introduce me to women they know(how do I do this), or they can become part of my social circle, I want them to invite me out to places)(I cannot make or hold parties and most of the women are 18-21).

So how do I do this?

In general, you wanna keep the contact to once every 1-2 weeks, I'd say. Originally text with some callback humor (some humorous comment about what you had talked about before). Then base your other texts on that first one, and/or make a pretty random humorous comment every so often (just so she doesn't forget who you are).

Beyond that though, you're just trying to meet up. I won't text girls for years, but then if there's a party coming up, I might start randomly texting them again, starting just with something like "hey, long time no talk." Then I'll almost immediately invite them to the party. If they don't respond or aren't available, that's fine, because I can just text a number of other girls.

The one thing you really don't want to do is text too often. It might work out fine (especially if you're younger, like 13-19 or so), but it's one of the easiest ways to kill attraction.
