This is a very vague question that seems to be way too broad for seduction purposes only, but for the purposes of seduction, I almost never see those with truly charismatic personalities have consistent failings with women.

Since "Charisma" is very vague and often context dependent, I think my question has to be broken into three parts:

1) What does Charisma mean to you?

2) How would you identify somebody with Charisma?

3) How do you develop Charisma if you are not charismatic?
