How do you do it?

I don't mean how you pick up girls. I don't mean how you get in the vibe. I don't mean how you find your wingman or how you get the courage to sarge alone. I mean how you deal with the dread of being humiliated by girl after girl. Be it verbal humiliation or, even worse than that, the absence of any form of comfort when a girl simples look at you as they are better than you. How do you deal with the fact that no girl even looks at you twice before you approach them? How do you deal with the feeling that everyone is feeling accepted in an environment and you have to force your way through it?

I think I'm asking the ugly/average guys here, more than the good looking ones. The humiliation we go through is shattering. I even remember some guru from RSD saying how you would be humiliated a thousand times when you started doing this but I think this is really an underestimated problem if you don't have a rock solid self steem. It's actually pretty unhealthy too, and brings so much anxiety. Not actually fear of approaching a girl, but anxiety when the day settles in and you are alone with your thoughts, remembering all those times you were treated without an ounce of respect.
