Ah man, sorry guy but fear or any emotion is not something you can fight or reject, doing that just compounds the issue. Honestly, meditation is a very helpful practice in dealing withunresolved or unreleased emotions bc honestly you need to feel that fear in a non judgmental way so that it can be let go. Don’t try to bury it with thoughts or numbing behaviors as there isn’t a thought in the world that can help you fight your subconscious. Only way out is through

Not really, if they dump me then I get to go and hit up random girls again without repercussions lol. I'm believe that the girl should be worried about you dumping her. Just think of it that way.

You fight fear by confronting false evidence appearing real (I know it's cheesy AF). You need to face those thoughts and either disarm their validity or come to acceptance with them.

Accept that possibility and the idea that you may have to live like that and there is no escape from it. Like cold showers they suck but you don't fear them after a while its just a part of life.

Then focus on process over result. Do the right thing to make yourself higher value in the eyes of your woman and society. All this pick up shit you hear about works for getting girls but no sales tactics will retain customers only having a solid product does so focus on becoming a more attractive man to women kinda like saying how do I become so good they won't lay me off at work.

Life is rolling dice and the external luck factor is always there. Accept it and only give a fuck about the right things in life like taking right actions, as worrying about what is not within your control is not within your control and there for your worrying will accomplish nothing or benefit you in any way. As long you don't die you can get back up from whatever fall or set back you've experienced and keep pushing till you get it.

Kinda cheesy, but it has some truth. It’s the fear of getting dumped that scares you not actually getting dumped really. Because fundamentally you won’t change as a person if she breaks up with you. You’ll still be the same dude. Yeah you’ll go through a mourning period but that’s with any ended relationship. But you’ll learn something about yourself, and will become a better man because of it.
