You get over oneitis by 1) meeting more women by destroying approach anxiety and doing approaches, 2) getting more hobbies to keep yourself busy, and 3) spending plenty of time around people and with friends.

I don't know why you would cling onto someone like this, first of all.

Second of all, realize that there is always a better looking and more fun girl than the one you like out there.

Thirdly, stop saying oneitis. That way you're making it sound OK and justifying doing it. It's called CLINGING, and the more you use the correct terminology it will make you realize how serious and useless CLINGING is.

Finally, clinging is going to bend you over and go to town on you, so you better stop doing it now before it gets really bad.
