How do you guys control your fear?

A friend of mine says that he expects failure so if he gets a different outcome then he already won. And if he failed then hes like yup its what I was expecting.

Another frame is that you are capable of adding value to her life, like you are the business. Like she would be foolish if she didnt invest herself into you.

Can't help with fear since its emotion. But sit next to them and start throwing comments to her (can be what the teacher said) and see how she react. If you see she's receptive you can try in your break or when the class is over introduce yourself. Or just leave it as it is since she will probably remember you next time and you already broke the ice.

I usually try to have some small interaction with them. Then funny enough the next course they sit next to me (happened with 2 girls last week). BIG IOI! Then from here I converse and get to know them.

Make sure to smile when both of you catch eyes and try to socialize with other people man or woman that you are not interested. Most important make sure you're having fun since that's attractive.

You don't control it. Best thing to do is re name it excitement. It's easy to do things you are excited to do.
