As I'm studying and working, I find that I need to be in a state of mental comfort in order to perform well. Like I still get out of my comfort zone and go to events and hang out with people and whatnot, but I need a basic level of emotional sanity to perform and self-improve in my life.

What I've realized is that the only way that I can genuinely approach without fucking up my life is:

(1) Approaching once a week.

(2) Mass-approaching during breaks.

I know that the ideal is supposed to be 3 times a week, and I also know that the idea is that a person will start approaching in their regular day-to-day activities and practice like that. The issue is, my game is so bad and my approach anxiety is so deadly that I would kill my reputation if were to practice anywhere close to where I am. It's also VERY draining. It might not make sense to some of you, but I have to get over the initial barrier before being willing to practice approaching in my area. I'm referring to social circle and warm approach game too. I need to develop the tools first because when I've done it before, even when I was approached, I've fucked it up hard. This means going somewhere outside of my area to cold approach and start building reference experiences, and also not totally fucking up my mental state for the week, so I can pick myself up and keep improving. Plus, life. I feel like 20% energy into this is probably the most responsible thing to do.

So that's why I got 1/week during the school year, or mass-approaching and practicing during breaks. Has anyone tried this? Is the lack of frequency useless?
