How do you keep an abundance mentality in a relationship if your life doesn't naturally lead you to be around many women?

I think the question is general enough for this subreddit. I'll give some info on me to explain what I mean. I am 31M, broke up two months ago with a partner of 5 years. In the 4 years prior I had few social interactions with women aside for my partner or mom. My job in the office is guys only. I am not a social butterfly (the contrary - Aspergers) and live in a city with a handful of friends, mostly met through work, all guys.

I had a scarcity mindset in the relationship that definitely affected my attractivess, or at least kept me trapped in it longer than needed. Recently I signed up to Tinder, I went on 5 dates some of which went to second dates, I could see myself in a relationship with one of the girls as we share many interests. Then I'd have to sign off Tinder and bam, very quickly I wouldn't see other women anywhere. It would be hard to not develop a scarcity mindset again after some months or years.
