In short, how much work over a how long time period would you estimate that it takes to become great with girls. With this i mean having the ability to seduce "quality" girls in the 9/10 to 10/10 range.

I'm at a fairly good point as of now. A get with girls between 7 and 8, but not to many of them! I got a good life style, i'm decent looking (very well built), i'm passionate and do good in most aspedts of life.
