Had a a huge crush on a girl for like 6 months, but only managed one kiss. She also used to have a boyfriend.

Anyway today she asked if i still like her and i said no. I dont know why i said it was just my initial reaction. I then asked her if she liked me she said "yeah a bit".

For me this took away all power she had over my thoughts and it also won me back my power in our relationship. It made me feel so happy as well im not sure if this will wear off but it felt great.

Just thought id share that, and hopefully i can avoid the situation in the future.
