How many approaches a day?

It depends on your energy levels. But generally, if you are learning it would be good to do as many approaches as you can in one day and block some time for it. Reason being is because after a few approaches you get momentum and enter into a flow state. You just become more social because of it. After you’ve nailed it down. Than you can do less approaches a day. But don’t forget your social energy. If you are more introverted for example you’ll start to feel drained faster than an extrovert. Feeling drained is not a good state to be in when talking to women. they will feel a bad vibe and your success will go down. So ultimately it’s up to you to find your sweet spot of number of approaches. But again, if you are learning and have the time for it, do as many as possible and see your energy levels.

between 100 and 200. But ive taken on jobs to make this possible. im a promoter in vegas. and i teach pickup as well. so it makes it easy to practice. Its all about momentum. Focus on going out as consistently as possible. don't worry about the time spent out or the amount of sets necessarily but make sure you approach every time your out and your going out consistently and you will find the number you approach will increase as you build momentum.

I dont really approach people out in the open daily .I try to attend a good amount of clubs,concerts,social event to hit on girls.but when Im at a social event I try to hit on between 3 to 5 girls.I have two concerts and a party this month.wish me luck
