Set up your dates so you can have fun without the girl. Or just leave after 15 minutes and plan it so it's only a minor inconvenience. If you're having coffee, take a book and a notebook with you and if she doesn't show, do some work. If you're going rock climbing, be prepared to go by yourself. Etc, etc.

Make it so you don't care if she's there or not.

Girls flake all the time. You almost have to expect it. And brush it off. It is part of the cost of gaming a lot of women.

There are ways to reduce flaking, but eliminating is impossible. Women just don't keep their word.

Flake rates go up with women you've met briefly, gotten a number, and set up a date. Also, drunken k-close women are notorious flakes.

Women you've been able to spend some time with, establish some comfort and investment on their part, and you've not come off as needy (e.g., too many texts, etc.), are less likely to flake.

If a girl flakes and (1) doesn't apologize, (2) doesn't have a reasonable excuse, and (3) doesn't ask to reschedule, then that girl has a very, very low interest level. Best to move on.
