So today I was thinking back to my AFC days, specifically about "that girl." You guys know who I'm talking about. The girl that made you realize that you needed to change. The one that got away. This story actually only goes back one year, to a girl I had hooked up with and later sent flowers etc. etc..

Long story short, I met her while she was a senior in high school and I blew myself out by the time she was getting to my college. But I still tried damn hard and hung out with her a few times at the beginning of the school year studying with her friends and what not in the dorms.

One of these times in particular sticks out. We were studying and she says to the group "I'm going tell the next person that comes through the door that I love their feet." And she did. It was really awkward because she kinda stumbled over it and might have said something about his toes or whatever. It was also hilarious! It worked as a great ice breaker, he just kinda said yea ok and kept walking. Now they're 6 months deep in a relationship and seem really great together.

So next time you're out there debating what to say, just say SOMETHING! It honestly doesn't matter! If you stumble through an entrance and come on strong with high energy, the approach has no influence!
