Simple. Don't . as long as you work together.

Workplace shit is crazy and I recommend staying away from.

Keep it friendly for now. Workplace is not an ideal place for pickup. Don't shit where you eat.

However,When you leave, then play your cards.

I have done this before, when I am working at any place- I don't show any indication ( just eye contact and smile) - as soon as I leave I go for the date close.

Recently I left a company, this one chick I was chatting very friendly ( I always made strong sexual eye contact with her)- she contacted me directly and gave me her number and suggested we should stay in touch. I had to leave for long vacation but have agreed to meetup when I am back in town.

So, keep it flirty, ask her about her personal life, and when either of you leave - go for the kill.

I really wouldn't recommend this.. but for a summer job ill tell you how I handled it once.

Assuming you've got some confidence in you and already got a basic platonic relationship established... Invite her out after work for dinner, or on a lunch break, or coffee break, anything, you can use the excuse of work and the need to get out of the setting. Don't insinuate a date or anything, at this point your just establishing a non professional relationship. I was personally working as a swim coach and I had asked another swim coach out for some drinks after a long day, told her we could use a couple and it would be on me.

Once you establish contact outside of the professional setting its not the typical game. You want to establish interest and want to find common ground to connect on, but you don't want to dig deep into her personal life. Establish inside jokes, talk about her future plans, ask about her hobbies. Leave family and friends outside of these conversations.. once you gain some confidence in the developing relationship just ask her out. My girl said yes hesitantly because we worked together, and I just assured her that I liked her, and wanted to know her better regardless of dating or not. She eventually agreed to a date. It was a good summer.

Based on my experience, don't. I made that mistake and it lead me having to leave what was at the time the best Job of my career. Granted Im in a much better and more exciting position now but i had to eat shit for 6 months after resigning from it because she and her friends were trying to get me fired.

People didn't notice the summer job part. Getting lays from work is fairly easy. "Want to get a drink after work?", "Hang out after work?", "my place after work?", etc. If you get hour breaks that's even better. Lay her on a lunch break after getting a bite (don't pay).
